Our review system evaluates airlines across seven categories: Cabin Crew, Food & Beverage, Seat Comfort, In-flight Entertainment, Value for Money, Check-in Experience, and Customer Service.

Submission Process

All user reviews undergo moderation before publication. We employ honeypot spam protection, IP hashing for vote integrity, and manual review for flagged content.

Verification

Verified reviews pass additional authenticity checks including consistency analysis and duplicate detection.

Overall Score

The overall score is automatically calculated as the arithmetic mean of all submitted category ratings.
