Verification

Reviews may be marked as verified when supported by flight proof or boarding pass confirmation. Verified reviews receive priority in moderation.

Moderation

Every review passes automated spam detection and editorial moderation before publication. Reviews with high spam scores are rejected.

Reporting

Users can report reviews they believe violate our policies. Reports are reviewed by our editorial team.
